The MMS Group team take great pride in providing a high standard of customer service. Last year we implemented a review and feedback request on completion of work. When the ticket is closed, you will receive an email asking you to review our service out of 5. There is also space for you to give any suggestions or comments.
Your feedback has been crucial. We love hearing you are happy with the service and as well as work on any constructive feedback and suggestions to continually improve our service to you. We have successfully maintained a 5 star average over the last year which we are immensely proud of.
Our team is at the heart of everything we do and we feel its important to recognise when an employee goes above and beyond. We recently introduced an employee of the quarter award. We reward our chosen employee with a £50 amazon voucher as a thank you for their hard work and dedication.
This quarter, IT Engineer Jason Wood is the winner of this award. Jason has worked with MMS for just over a year however has many years experience in the industry. He is a very friendly and encouraging member of the team. Jason has received many positive comments and this is one of our favourites: “Jason has been amazing through-out this whole process of setting us up to work from home. Thank you for all your help Jason massively appreciated.”
